[1] Wrap the bread in foil and heat in the oven. [2] Peel and devien the shrimp but leave the tails intact. [3] Arrange the shrimp in a layer on a large shallow baking dish. Combine the butter, lime juice, lemon juice, orange juice, cilantro, garlic, salt and cayenne pepper in a bowl and mix well. Pour the butter mixture over the shrimp. [4] Heat the broiler, remove the bread. Broil the shrimp for 8 minutes or until the shrimp turn pink, turning once or twice. [5] Serve with the French bread. | |||||||||||||||||||||

Steam the broccoli until crisp-tender. Drain in a colander. [2] In the same pan, melt butter over medium heat until foamy.
