Menu for week of 11/7/2010

Sunday: Baked Penne with Riccata and Spinach with a Baguette and Dill Butter
Monday: Pasta E Fagioli Soup
Tuesday: Pizza Burgers with Italian Mozzarella Salad
Wednesday: Roasted Pork Tenderloin with Balsamic Sauce and Acorn Squash with Parmesan
Thursday: Corn and Clam Chowder with Buttermilk Drop Biscuits
Friday: Jerk Rubbed Fish with Cilantro Slaw and Black Beans and Rice
Saturday: Chicken, Pepperoni, and Swiss Cheese Roll-ups with Classic Italian Salad

  1. I am so much about planning out menus for the week(s) ahead. Since hubby gets paid biweekly I try to plan out two weeks worth, but typically plan about 1 1/2 weeks worth.
