This mac & cheese recipe is not a traditional creamy mac & cheese. I found this recipe to be good, but not fantastic. I had to add a little more salt and extra cheese. It is more of a custard-type mac & cheese. I think next time I will try this a little differently and see if it is better. I thought maybe using a can of cheddar cheese soup may make it better. I will let all of you know!
